At BioRenew Integrative Medicine, we are committed to providing exceptional, personalized care while maintaining transparency regarding our financial policies. Please review the following information carefully.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and other approved payment methods.
For your convenience, a valid credit card may be securely maintained on file and may be used for balances due in accordance with this policy.
BioRenew Integrative Medicine is primarily a self-pay practice. Unless otherwise stated, we do not bill or submit claims to commercial insurance plans, Medicare, or Medicaid for services provided.
Patients are responsible for verifying their insurance benefits. Upon request, we may provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that patients may submit to their insurance carrier for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined solely by your insurance plan.
Laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, pathology services, and specialty testing may be billed separately by the performing laboratory or facility. Patients are responsible for any charges not covered by insurance or not included in a purchased treatment package.
Prescription medications, compounded medications, supplements, and nutraceutical products are billed separately unless specifically included in a treatment program or package. Prices are subject to change based on supplier costs and availability.
Memberships, wellness programs, hormone optimization programs, and concierge services are billed according to the terms outlined in the applicable membership agreement.

Treatment packages purchased in advance are intended for use by the individual patient only and are non-transferable.
Unused services may expire according to the terms provided at the time of purchase. Refunds for partially used packages are generally not available unless otherwise required by law.
We respectfully request at least 24 business hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than the required notice, missed appointments, or late arrivals that prevent completion of the scheduled visit may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee.
Patients arriving significantly late may be asked to reschedule to avoid disrupting patient care.
Returned checks, declined electronic payments, or chargebacks may result in additional processing fees and may require future payments to be made by certified funds or credit card.
Professional services, medical evaluations, consultations, and completed treatments are non-refundable.
Products that have been opened, used, refrigerated, compounded, or specially ordered cannot be returned.
Unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within the timeframe established by BioRenew Integrative Medicine, provided they are in their original condition.
Patients are responsible for all balances not paid at the time of service. Accounts with unpaid balances may require payment before scheduling future appointments.
BioRenew Integrative Medicine reserves the right to utilize reasonable collection efforts for unpaid accounts in accordance with applicable laws.
Fees are subject to change without prior notice. Patients will be informed of current pricing before treatment whenever possible.
